Graphic Design Project.
I Enjoyed the project it tested my skills that I am still mastering, this is my project enjoy. The things I can add too my graphic design rough draft is to add a more organized design or method to help the reader follow my train of thoughts, when it comes to stretching, jogging and sprinting. I should add more text to describe the images and to inform the reader on what I want them to know. The images could use some more photoshop tools. Allowing the images to stand out and stick out from the background. The background needs more imaginary regarding the color scheme and what I want the background to represent in my graphic design project. The arrows leading from one image to the other need to be straight or have some more organization to them. I’ll play around with the crop tool and the border tool to possibly add a border to the images and background.
Stretching will keep our muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Being able to have that flexibility is very important for our body joints. Stretching can also help with loosening up our muscles. Our muscles shorten and become tighter without stretching, and when muscles encounter injury, they may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury, we also won’t be able to perform physical exercises with injured muscles.
Jogging is a slow pace physical exercise where you run at a steady, gentle speed. The goal of jogging is to maintain a steady speed for longer periods of time. Jogging may reduce the risk of developing a few different types of diseases. The cardiovascular system gets a great workout with jogging, which reduces the risk of heart disease. Jogging also helps to keep high blood pressure away from us. Jogging can strengthen your heart and your body’s ability to distribute oxygen and blood. It also prevents buildup of plaque in blood vessels and arteries, while lowering the risk of high blood pressure and heart disease.
Sprinting has many benefits! It helps with muscle building, increasing the size and strength of the powerful, fast-twitch fibers. As you sprint it increases your heart rate and helps blood flow to your muscles. It also helps you build and define the glutes and quads, while at the same time burning off the fat layers underneath the muscles. Sprinting also helps and contributes to building strength, it’s also considered one of the most useful physique shaping exercises. It is also considered a muscle training exercise which also assists in the fat loss, weight loss process.
The key to maintaining a healthy and athletic body includes stretching, jogging and last but not least sprinting. Everything I’ve mentioned in my events are the keys to success! The images collected, text relate to the topic.
